Michaella Robb

Michaella has developed continuously building her knowledge and experience over the past 10 years.

Certified as an Advanced Remedial Therapist, Sports & Sports Event Massage Therapist, qualified in Dry Needling, Reflexology, Reiki and RYT500 Yoga Teacher. Always thriving to future her expertise, she is currently ongoing study in Osteopathy. 

Throughout her working profession, Michaella has gained fantastic worldwide experience as she has travelled and lived in a variety of countries. Treating professional athletes including The All Blacks, Scottish Rugby, Australian & South African rugby teams, Professional Marathon Runners, Swimmers, Triathletes, Golf Champions & Skiers. Currently still works with athletes at Sports Scotland Institute of Sport.

Michaella founded Sattva Wellness in 2013, with dedication and focus she has followed her ambition to grow a healthy community in her hometown. Her natural passion shines through in her work and practice.

Ruth Madill

Ruth graduated with a BSc Hons physiotherapy in 2005. She worked for a few years in the NHS before moving into private practice. This has involved treating a wide variety of injuries for both sedentary and sporting individuals.

Ruth has worked with a wide variety of sports teams including work for SportScotland Institute of sport, Scottish Disability Sport, Scottish Rugby, Scottish Hockey and local football, rugby and hockey teams. She continues to work for Scottish Rugby, UK Athletics and a number of local sports performance groups.

As well as providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment, Ruth can provide rehabilitation from any injury and places an emphasis on injury prevention with biomechanical profiling and pre-habilitation.

She is a qualified sports massage therapist and has completed further training in many areas including acupuncture, Pilates, McKenzie Therapy, strapping and orthopaedic medicine.

  Rae Lamond   Rae began her journey as a Massage Therapist in 1996, first studying a diploma in Swedish Massage through the Scottish Massage Schools. In 2001, she gained a diploma in On Site Massage, followed by a diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage in 2003.  As a member of the Scottish Massage Therapist Organisation, Rae regularly attends continuing professional development courses and workshops expanding her knowledge and skills.  Rae has gained an abundance of experience over the past 20 years, treating a wide range of clients including athletes, children and clients with physical or mental disabilities. She has provided therapy services to a local MS group, for those living with Multiple Sclerosis.  Within the capacity of Remedial Massage, Rae has provided rehabilitation services to the workplace, assisting employees suffering from ongoing musculoskeletal disorders or returning from absence from work.  Presently, registered with PKAVS as an approved therapist, Rae is listed on the Complementary Therapies Scheme, which provides therapy vouchers for carers whom look after family members.
