We use a traditional style of Hatha Yoga with an influence of Vinyasa Flow, connecting breath with movement. A dynamic workout combining stretching, strengthening, improving range of motion and increasing energy levels.
Michaella, studied her 200hr Yoga teacher Training in Bali 2014, followed by her 300hr Teacher Training in Cambodia, in 2016. She holds a considerable background knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology from her experience as an Advanced Remedial Therapist & from her current study of Osteopathy. This is integrated into the Yoga Classes to ensure the practice is both effective, safe and tailored to ability and body type.
